SHINee’s Taemin Tops iTunes Charts All Over The World With “ETERNAL”

SHINee’s Taemin is making waves on iTunes charts around the world with his new solo album! Taemin released his fifth mini album “ETERNAL” on August 19 at 6 PM KST. Soon after its release, the mini album soared to the top of iTunes charts around the world.

“ETERNAL” instantly hit the No. 1 spot on the iTunes Top Albums chart in at least 38 regions, including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and more. In addition, Taemin’s two songs “Sexy In The Air” and “Horizon” held the top two spots on Bugs’ real-time music chart until 1 AM KST on July 20, securing all seven tracks from the album a place in the top 10.

“ETERNAL” is especially significant as it is the first album in which Taemin has been involved in the entire production process, from the planning stage to concept photos and music videos. Taemin will perform “Sexy In The Air” on Mnet’s “M Countdown” on August 22nd and “Horizon” on KBS2’s “Music Bank” on August 23rd.

Starting with his 2024 solo world tour “Ephemeral Gaze” at Incheon Inspiration Arena on August 31, Taemin will also embark on a global journey to connect with fans around the world. Congratulations Taemin!
